 Vindosite was established in 2008 by Stephen McGonigle to support its parent company MCG Developmental in managing and developing investment property.  

 Stephen McGonigle began his career as an apprentice carpenter in the Philadelphia commercial construction market. Stephen was able to gather experience in heavy highway with a survey crew and concrete construction as well as hands on experience in high rise commercial building. Over time he was able to advance to superintendent and attend Drexel University construction management program before venturing out on his own. 

 Vindosite acquired equipment and experience to begin providing services for owners, corporations, and municipalities including underground utilities and cold weather management.
